• ERLuxuries accepts 100% authentic luxury items only
• We reserve the right to authenticate all items
• Any counterfeit items will be immediately rejected
• The consignor is responsible for reimbursing authentication costs for any counterfeit item

• ERLuxuries charges an 15% consignment fee
• This fee includes:
• Authentication services
• Ground shipping via UPS

📦 Consignment Terms

• Standard consignment period is 60 days
• If you request your item back before the 60-day period ends:
• A $50 restocking fee will apply
• You will also be responsible for return shipping costs

• Pricing decisions are based on market demand, condition, and resale value
